June 5 @ 08:30 - 17:00

Comically referred to as the clown of the sea, the Puffin is one of our most iconic birds in the UK. This workshop (hosted by professional wildlife photographer Tesni Ward) will give you the unique opportunity to photograph this beautiful and charismatic bird up close and personal, along with many other seasonal favourites including Terns, Guillemots, Razorbills and Seals. Scheduled to coincide with the most active time of the year, you will get the opportunity to photograph newborn chicks, Puffins bringing in mouthfuls of fish and constant battles between the various birds on each island.

With a small group size Tesni will constantly be on hand to provide tailored tuition and support to each participant, ensuring you are positioned in the best spots possible to capture awe inspiring photographs. Image reviews and support throughout the day will ensure you can act on advice and watch your work gradually improve as the day goes on.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced wildlife photographer, this workshop will help you to make the most of every opportunity with tips and tricks, setting support and post processing advice.

If you would like to attend but are unable to make this date, Tesni is also running this workshop on Sunday 27th May, Monday 28th May and Thursday 31st May.

Tickets are priced at £150 per person, with an additional cost for parking & NT landing fees (£26 or free if NT member). Places are limited to 4.

For more information and to book tickets, please fill out the form on the ‘Reservations & Bookings’ tab here or click here to email Tesni.
