SPi STREET AWARDS – LAUNCH NIGHT

Join Olympus and SPi at Art Bermondsey Project Space to celebrate the launch of this inspirational exhibition. Street Photography International (SPi) are a collective of street photographers who formed with the aim to promote the best Street Photography from around the world, and to provide a platform for unrepresented photographers with talent. The standard of work submitted for the contest was outstanding, and after much deliberation, SPi are delighted to present the work of the Street Awards 2017 winner Merel Schoneveld.

Join us at Bermondsey Project Space for an exciting new exhibition, featuring five photography projects by Dougie Wallace; Well Heeled, Blackpool, Harrodsburg, Shoreditch Wildlife and Road Wallah. The opening night will take place on Wednesday 28th March from 18:00-21:00, where Dougie Wallace will also be launching and signing copies of his new book, Well Heeled.

Water Voles are one of Britains fastest declining mammals, with populations disappearing from up to 90% of previous habitats. This workshop will give you the opportunity to photograph them in their natural habitat as they go about their daily routines, with the opportunities to also photograph various Waterfowl species.
