Have you ever wondered how to take photos that are so packed full of detail that you can practically feel the texture coming through the screen? In this session Gavin will show you how to get the absolute maximum sharpness, detail and texture out of everyday objects.

Join Olympus Ambassador Gavin Hoey for another live photo shoot! He will take you through how to use a combination of correct camera settings, simple but controlled lighting and a little post processing to really bring out the clarity in a subject. As always, he’ll be using his Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark III and a range of Olympus lenses but the techniques will be relevant to all photographers, regardless of what camera brand they’re using.

So if you’re stuck at home or are just looking for some fun photography ideas, make your way over to www.facebook.com/OlympusUK/live at 10:30am GMT on Saturday 13th March to join in! If you can’t make it live or you want to watch Gavin’s tips again, the event will be also recorded.

The session lasts roughly 45 minutes, is completely free, 100% live and exclusive to the Olympus UK Facebook page.
