Friday 31st January 2020 @ 11:00am - 1:00pm UTC+0£10
Join Olympus mentor Rob Cottle for a how, what, where, when and why talk about working on the recently published Akan-Mashu National Park brochure for the Japanese Ministry of the Environment.
The national park resides in Hokkaido, the northern most island of Japan which most photographers will know for the red-crowned cranes and Steller’s sea eagles in winter.
Rob will take you on a brief but full on virtual visit here, there and everywhere including a few days in Tokyo. Trip tales, hints and tips on using your Olympus gear for travel, landscape and wildlife photography, utilising live neutral density, a look behind the scenes and unseen images from the trip to illustrate ideas and techniques used. Not a tripod in sight!
Ticket price: £10
Tea and coffee will be served upon arrival. We recommend you arrive slightly earlier than 11am so you can have a look at the exhibited images beforehand, as Rob will be discussing them in his talk. All attendees will receive a FREE exhibition guide book to take home with them.
